Introduction

Our intermediate level training is designed for sailors familiar with the basics who are looking to expand their skills and confidence to move into higher level sailing or racing.

Program:

• Sail trim
• Light and heavy wind sailing techniques
• Boat speed, tuning
• Helm with sails and weight
• Spinnaker sailing
• Spinakker trimm
• Team work
• Weight position and balance
• Introduction to racing

The course is 3 days, 20 hours on water, 4 hours in class room.
